       Chromic acid anodizing

  • Anodizing of aluminium alloys to MIL-A-8625 and AMS-A-8625, Type I specifications, with hot water and sodium dichromate sealing.
       Sulfuric acid anodizing
  • Anodizing of aluminium alloys to MIL-A-8625 and AMS-A-8625, Type II specifications. Also with hot water or sodium dichromate sealing. Nadcap™ accredited special process. Also medical grade dying.
       Hard anodizing
  • Anodizing of aluminium alloys to MIL-A-8625 and AMS-A-8625, Type III specifications, with hot water, sodium dichromate or Teflon® sealing.
       Chemical conversion coating
  • Chemical conversion coating of aluminium alloys to MIL-C-5541, ja AMS-C-5541, Class 1 specifications. Alodine 1000, 1200S and 1500 immersion treatment. The Boeing Company, McDonnell Aircraft and Missile Systems approval.
  • Chemical conversion of magnesium alloys to AMS-M-3171 Type III (=MIL-M-3171)
       Metal and ceramic spraying
  • Spraying of pulverized metal and ceramics with Castodyn and Certanium procedures.
       Priming, painting
  • Priming and painting to MIL-P-85582, Type 1, MIL-P-83268, Type 1 and MIL-C-85285, Type 1 specifications.
       Passivation
  • Passivation of titanium, nickel and stainless steel alloys.
